ITALY Shipments and returns in Italy (including islands) are always FREE.
Delivery times of products purchased may vary from 2 to 3 working days, unless otherwise specified on the sheet of the product purchased or for reasons of force majeure (for example, a Couriers' strike). In the case of products not available immediately, the delivery times will be added to the time of re-stocking and / or production shown in the product's product sheet. To be more confident on delivery times we strongly recommend that you view them in the "product details" just below the "price”.

EUROPE - Shipments to countries belonging to the European Common Market will have costs that will be displayed and applied during Checkout, before making payment or you can visit the "Rates and Shipping in Europe" page.

DELIVERY METHODS
As soon as the order is processed, an e-mail containing the tracking number will be sent to monitor the shipment status of your order. The CLIENT's order will be delivered by Express Courier, which will always carry out two (in some cases even three) delivery attempts. The courier will always be provided with the telephone number indicated by the customer to facilitate the delivery of the order. If the CUSTOMER is not available at the address indicated, the Courier will leave a postcard to notify of the attempted delivery in which it is explained what to do so that we can agree on the other ways to receive the package.
At the time of delivery, the CLIENT must always sign a receipt.
