I receive an error message when I enter my billing and shipping addresses. Why?
If you receive an error message, there may be some problem with your credit card details, or billing or shipping addresses. The billing address must match the one in your bank's records.Check all the data carefully and look for any spelling errors. You can also try to reformat the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the problem).
My order does not pass. What should I do?
If you continue to receive an error message after reviewing your credit card information and billing and shipping addresses, make sure the browser version you are using is the most recent.
If you continue to receive error messages, contact Customer Service by sending an email to email@example.com (we will reply as soon as possible).
I have to make changes to my order. How can I do it?
If you need to change the order, contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2 - 3 hours and once our offices have processed the order it will not be possible to change it. At this point it is better to ask for the cancellation of the order and proceed with a new one.
I have just sent my order. Can I add another item?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add any items to an existing order. Submit a new order for the desired item and contact us. We will be happy to exempt you from paying shipping charges on this additional order provided it is sent within 24 hours of receiving the initial order.
Can I return or change items I purchased?
All items purchased can be returned and even exchanged, excluding those products that have been CUSTOMIZED.
How long does it take to process my Return?
After receiving your package at our Logistics, your return will be processed within a maximum of 14 days. The date of this transaction (ie refund) will be communicated to you by e-mail to the address specified in your account.
Please note that your bank may need additional days to process the transaction and register it on your account after receiving our order.
When will you ship the goods I ordered?
Most orders are shipped within 2 - 3 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the goods (however, we advise you to read the shipping times indicated in the sheet of each product purchased). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Where can I find confirmation of my order?
As soon as the ordered goods are shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address specified in the order. In the event that, for any reason, you do not receive an e-mail, check that it is not in the Junk e-mail box and add the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book as a secure sender.
You can also check the status of your order online via your account (if you have registered).
Why was my order canceled?
Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly is no longer available in stock and will no longer be re-stocked. These cases are rare, but they can happen. However, if an item you ordered is no longer available, we will contact you within 24-48 hours to let you know that it has been canceled. If you have ordered other items, they will be sent to you and the unavailable item will be canceled from the order.
I have a credit for future purchases. How can I use it?
When paying for your new order, enter your Credit Coupon, and it will automatically be deducted from the total amount.
Do you have any physical stores with direct access for the public?
NO, we are a shop that only sells ONLINE, which allows you to shop with us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, wherever you are!
Access to the public is also not permitted in our Warehouses / Logistics.
